Gluten Free...

Today I ventured into the world of Gluten Free Baking... Quite interesting!

Now I am looking for Guinea Pigs... I mean a Taste Tester or two (preferably with food allergies and familiar with the texture of Gluten Free Treats)!

As with all my recipes, I will tweak and tweak until it's ready to go public and tweak no more.

How Many Cakes = 24 Cakepops ?

Fun weekend!!! 

For those of you who have ever made cakepops, you know you can make about 24 pops per 8x3 inch round cake. Well, not this weekend! This weekend it took three 8x3 inch round cakes... and lots of patience! I learned that my new bigger and better to work in kitchen desperately needs a door. 

I live with a 'Cake' Monster!

Can't leave a cake unattended for 1/2 a second. LOL... he turns into the Cake version of Cookie Monster!

The theme was Strawberry Shortcake!

I got inspired and made some of these with the extra cake... after all I had PLENTY!
